At ThinkDesign we believe in treating each client as an individual with unique needs. Therefore we strive to create a custom made solution for every challenge we are faced with. Our main forte in the development process is our strong focus on client briefings. We believe that if an emphasis is placed on truly understanding what the client needs at the beginning of the process, then the outcome would be an effective transition from the client's idea to implementation. This means that every project we take on involves initial client briefings, feed-back sessions, project planning, flowcharting and milestone setting.

This strong focus on the clients needs is then cultivated into our design, development or production processes. At this point of the process the client's ideas and requests are transformed into drawings, sketches and eventually computer artwork. After this, development of the website or production for print begins. Our client's are then requested to give us their feedback, suggestions, and main criticisms before we move on to delivering or launching the project.
